As another FeraDyne Outdoors brand, S4 Gear wanted to live up to the name. Weicks Media went out to make a responsive website, take professional pictures, and build a following on social media platforms for the respected brand.
S4 Gear had a non-responsive website that needed serious updating. It contained out of date photos of products that no longer existed and partners that were no longer on TV. Weicks Media rebuilt the website, added new photos and set the site up to have a focus on ecommerce. With S4 Gear having plans to release an all new line of products the following year, building a site that could sell product efficiently was the number 1 goal. Weicks Media was able to build the new mobile responsive site in a matter of weeks and combine similar products into selectable options for consumers to make the site much less confusing. The results have been outstanding with website visits up 350% and sales up 700% year to date!
S4 Gear has some of the most helpful and coolest products in the outdoor industry. With limited focus on Social Media, but big plans in the future, Weicks Media was hired to make the S4 Gear brand known while moving old inventory. S4 Gear’s focus wasn’t as much to grow Social Numbers as it was to set up for fall product sales. With a plan, Weicks Media was able to focus on key products through limited posts to set up for the selling season. With huge discounts available, product awareness was the key to S4 Gear’s Social focus. Reach and engagement have climbed dramatically and as the season approached Weicks Media was able to educate consumers through Social Media and drive them to the new S4 gear website where sales went through the roof. Many products had sold out by October making room for the whole new line up for the upcoming year and giving S4 Gear the momentum to start selling those products right away!
